Comprehensive Home Inspections

At Billings & Company Home Inspections, our comprehensive inspections and commitment to honesty and accuracy bring peace of mind to every client.

We will schedule a home inspection when it is convenient for you  - weekdays, evenings, or weekends. We will spend time with you, clearly explaining our findings, giving you real answers that can help you make the right decision for you. We understand how important the right real estate purchase is to you. Once our thorough inspection is complete, we will provide you a complete report that includes photos and explanations within 24 hours.

What is a Comprehensive Home Inspection?

A comprehensive home inspection is an overall, non-invasive analysis of the condition of a home at the time of the inspection. Our inspections adhere to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice.

The primary goal of a home inspector is to protect the buyer's interest... to identify and report on the major deficiencies, unsafe or expensive problems that exist in the home. Once the inspection has been completed, Warren communicates the findings through a written report with photographs.
